Riverview Church Kent, WA | Architect: tgba | Completion Date: 2003 Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural design of a new 12,700 SF church in Kent, Washington. The church features a 600-seat sanctuary, classrooms, office areas, and a drop-off porte cochere. The building design is wood framed construction with pre-engineered wood framed roof trusses over the sanctuary, and timber framing over the classroom/office area, with concrete spread-footing foundations and a reinforced slab-on-grade floor. The project was designed to accommodate future phases.
