Moda Apartments Seattle, WA | Architect: H+dlt Collaborative | Completion Date: 2008 Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural design of a nine-story, 200,000 SF residential complex housing 252 small affordable units plus below-grade parking in the vibrant Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. The design consists of four stories of post-tensioned concrete at the sub-grade parking levels, street-level retail/mixed-use space, and five levels of wood framing for the residential living units above.
