Seattle University Lee Center for the Arts Seattle, WA | Architect: LMN Architects | Completion Date: 2005 Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural design for the renovation of an existing educational building into a theater space, with a 100-seat drama performance space, support space, and offices. Quantum conducted the initial feasibility study for renovating the existing building, as well as a preliminary framing study for raising the roof over the proposed theatre space. The project received a 2006 AIA Seattle Honor Awards Citation.
