Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural design and construction administration for a one-story 14,000 SF single story retail hardware store with attached 2,500 SF outdoor garden center.  The building’s structure consists of slab-on-grade floor system, steel columns supporting a steel truss roof system and an enclosure consisting of a combination of CMU block, aluminum storefront and metal siding system.
