Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural design and construction administration for the Del Mar Station Transit Village, which has become one of the most prominent mixed-use transit-oriented developments along the new Gold Line light rail system linking downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena.
The 4.1-acre site includes 347 housing units (6% set aside for affordable housing), 20,000 SF of retail area, and a subterranean garage for 1,200 cars. It encompasses roughly 929,000 SF. |
