Principals
Quantum Consulting Engineers was founded by Jim DeSalvo, Dan Fenton, John Riley and Jack Wiggins in 2002. They share management duties, thereby allowing them to focus most of their time  on project work.  They firmly believe in being hands-on partners with design teams - proactive in their communication, problem-solving and positive in nature.  Their founding principle, "exceed expectations," permeates the office and is their commitment to each client.

Associates
Associates Sandro Kodama, Scott Tinker, and Samson Ng provide vital leadership and technical expertise to both our clients and our staff.  They each have many years of experience designing an array of structure types, from small tenant improvements to large commercial buildings.
