Founded in 2002, Quantum Consulting Engineers is led by Sandro Kodama, John Riley and Scott Tinker. They share management duties thereby allowing them to focus most of their time on project work. They firmly believe in being hands-on partners with design teams – proactive in their communication, problem-solving and positive in nature. Their founding principle to “exceed expectations” permeates the office and is their commitment to each client.
