Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural design services for a 61-unit apartment building for low income and homeless seniors. The 45,000-square-foot complex will have studios and one-bedrooms, a library, computer center, communal kitchen, fitness room, classroom, manager’s office and service space, and green features.
