Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural design for four 4-story identical multi-family buildings each consisting of 3 stacked levels of residential units over one at-grade level of enclosed parking. The 144 apartment units are wood-framed and supported on top of concrete post-tensioned slabs above the parking level.
