Olympic High School: DJC'S 2019 Project of the Year Nomination
Quantum is excited to announce that our project Olympic High School is in the running to be the DJC’s 2019 Building of the year! This project with Sundberg Kennedy Ly-Au Young, was a complete overhaul of the existing Olympic High School in Bremerton, Washington. School projects are some of our favorite projects to work on and it is such an honor to be considered for this award.

What a strong start to 2020! Quantum is excited to announce that we were included in Dwell ‘s top 10 prefabs of 2019! This project with McBride architecture and was located in Massachusetts. Projects like these remind us that prefabricated buildings are not only highly customization, but can look and feel elegant.
Olympic High School recently received the AIA WA Civic Design award. Winners of the Civic Design Award have demonstrated excellence in sustainability, innovation, building performance and successful integration with the surrounding community. Quantum is honored to have provided structural design services for OHS and we look forward to seeing its impact for the decades to come.

Another Quantum project was featured in the DJC as a project of the week. The Bellwether apartments is a four-story mixed-use building. This 43,000 square foot building provides affordable housing in Bellingham. The design team worked closely with the Port of Bellingham to design a building that not only provided market rate apartments but also helped the surrounding area’s shoreline and an existing trail. Special thanks to Caron architecture for bringing us on board.
A Quantum Project was not only featured in Seattle Magazine, but also received a Home of Distinction award from AIA. We worked closely with Donnally architects to renovate this two story house boat.
